Welcome to Jetski Miami 7, operated by Gonchar Group LLC. By using our services, including our website, Instagram messaging, and Telegram bot, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Jetski Miami 7 provides jet ski rental services in Miami Beach, Florida. Our digital services include online booking, customer support via Instagram Direct Messages and Telegram, and related communications.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent and operate a jet ski
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required
• Florida Boater Safety Card may be required by law

3. Booking and Payment

• A $100 deposit via Zelle is required to secure your booking
• Remaining balance is due on arrival (cash or card)
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation: Full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation: Non-refundable
• No-shows, including missed time slots due to late arrival or missing required documentation: Non-refundable
• If we cancel or cut the ride short due to weather or safety conditions: Unused time is refunded or rescheduled free of charge

5. Safety and Liability

All riders must sign a liability waiver before riding. Jetski Miami 7 carries full liability and hull insurance coverage. Riders assume responsibility for operating the equipment safely and following all instructions provided during the safety briefing.

6. Automated Messaging

By contacting us via Instagram DM or Telegram, you consent to receiving automated responses from our booking assistant. You may request to speak with a human agent at any time.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

Program: Jetski Miami 7 Customer Communications.

When you expressly consent to SMS or initiate a text conversation with us, we may send booking confirmations, waiver and rental-agreement links, launch and safety instructions, schedule changes, and one-to-one customer-support messages. Message frequency varies based on your booking and requests. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact Boatmiami77@gmail.com.
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Data Collection via Messaging

When you interact with our Instagram or Telegram services, we collect your messages, username, and profile information solely to process your inquiries and bookings. See our Sign papers Privacy Policy for details.
